Lacey-Jo graduated with a Master's degree in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry) from the University of Leicester in 2020 and has been on the Safety Assessment Graduate Scheme at AWE since September 2020. During her time at AWE, she has been involved in various Equity, Diversity and Inclusion groups and is now one of the co-chairs of AWEPride. She is also an active member of the Young Nuclear Professionals Forum (YNPF) and the Nuclear Institute Young Generation Network (YGN).
